Aaron joined the carpet laying crew at Addison/Dicus & Bailey about two years ago. He'd just arrived from Alabama and was looking for more variety in the job market.

After six months he moved to the Tampa Showroom. There he's become an invaluable source for organizing and keeping organized. He receives deliveries of rugs and carpets and logs them in. He manages the vast inventory of carpet samples, re-hanging them every day. He also hangs the new inventory of rugs and those that have been taken down for showings. 

He also cuts the pads for every rug that we sell.

Aaron knows where stuff is. That is a valuable asset.

Aaron likes the family-like atmosphere of ADB and enjoys working with designers.
