Late summer is that time of year in Tampa when the evenings can be breezy jasmine-scented poems or tropical rain-drenched downpours.
Penelope t's fashion show at the Decorative Arts Center got the latter. To make matters worse, the downpour started precisely at 8:30 pm, the moment the Fashion Show was scheduled to begin.
After hours of preparation in the Center's Artifact Garden, the show had to be quickly moved into the Addison/Dicus showroom. All was not lost. In fact it turned out to be a great event. Check out the pictures and tell us what you think.

The show begins about 30 mins after the downpour drove it from the Artifact Garden. Notice the diffused lights. We use those to shoot rugs. There was no time to set up lighting from outside so we used what we had. |
